He's a Member of Congress; she's a painter with a studio in Mt. Rainier and a leadership volunteer with community-based arts and social service organizations. We'll ask them about their (literal) marriage of politics and the arts, her artwork, and their thoughts about the exploding cultural community in Silver Spring.
