Architectural History of Kefa Cafe's Building

Kefa Cafe is located in an early 1900s very charming brick building, designed and crafted to last by Silver Spring's Founding Fathers & Mothers, perpendicular to Silver Spring's Original Main Street Georgia Ave., and in Silver Spring's Fenton "Village."

Kefa Cafe is a stunning model of the multi-cultural small independent businesses enlivening Silver Spring's Original Main Street(s) and their structures! These multi-cultural small independent businesses resonate with the same enterprising spirit as Silver Spring's founders. With its interesting roofline, it recalls a Mediterranean style.
