In Ithaca she became very involved in the art world and connecting with other artists. She installed over eight murals in Ithaca and held many solo gallery shows in the area. Kellie is now located in Silver Spring, Maryland. She works as the annuals assistant manager for a garden center called American Plant, along with being a freelance artist and muralist in the D.C. area.
