This Washington, DC native and current Silver Spring resident creates abstract collages that invite viewers to ruminate on their environments and themselves, and enjoy the journey.

 "I see collage as being the technique of juxtaposing various pictures, papers, text, fabric and other materials onto a backdrop of color or other texture. The end-product, having undergone a thoughtful and organic assemblage yields a fresh piece of work.

The excitement of collage for me is beginning with no expectations of what the finished product will look like, but rather the discovery of what uniquely placed items produce; a synergy of color, balance and harmony to the eye; like life if looking through your personalized lens."
